Progress Course for Beginners (4 Sessions)

This 4-class progressive course is designed to teach the practice of yoga step by step in a structured and supportive environment. Each week builds upon the previous class, allowing you to gradually develop understanding, confidence, strength, and skill alongside the same group of students.
Enrollment is intentionally limited to 8 participants so that each student receives individual attention, modifications, and guidance throughout the course. The consistent group format creates a focused learning atmosphere and a supportive sense of community as you progress together.
*PLEASE READ:
This is a 4-class series. No refunds are provided for missed sessions. However, if you miss a class, you may use that credit for a makeup class within the same week, chosen from any of the regular class offerings. Credits expire at the end of the series.
